Oyeñr recent stay was great. VERY clean and the staff were really friendly. The only thing was the restaurant prices and also, due to religious reasons, we thought that the 30 min jacuzzi were just for us but it was mixed. So we couldn't enjoy it neither the spa. Other than that it was very pleasant.

The service at this property is the standard of what customer service should be. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. Beautiful property, right on the water. I highly recommend you will not be disappointed. The hotel has a gorgeous sunset.

this spot exceeded our expectations. I first have to say how much we enjoyed breakfast especially with Fatima and Aamina manning the msemmen and omelet station! they made the best m'semmen!!!! and of course the very charming waiter Muhammed the lovely ladies at the spa were also very welcoming each time we ventured down. I wish I could remember their names!

I was impressed with the people who work here; they made us feel at home in such a sincere way that you cannot pay for...the Moroccan food was particularly comforting and the breakfast buffet was spectacular. It's a new hotel and they are working out the kinks but the spirit is right and it made all the difference.

A beautiful hotel with average to bad service.

Idou Malabata is a beautiful hotel with well decorated common areas and rooms. The breakfast was also the highlight of our trip. Unfortunately the hotel is promoting itself as prestigious and luxurious but the service doesn’t correspond the expected services in a 5 star hotel. In the three days spent there we had at least 4 incidents due to the service. With the reception, the restaurant and the spa. The hotel has big potential but needs a good manager to organise it.

Not happy , Will not be back, Expedia listing said laundry facilities there were NONE. Expedia listing said quean bed with twin NOT a twin, a roll a way. Expedia listing said beach resort NOT, beach access was locked by a gate. Booked for three people only towels in the room. Asked for more none were sent to the room. NO towels at the pool. Breakfast very nice.

The Hotel is very nice the staff are friendly and do an excellent job keeping guests happy. The location is a little outside of Tangiers centre, but is walkable into the centre of town if you have a basic fitness level. However, a taxi into town is inexpensive and easy to book through various apps. Overall the hotel is in a quiet location with enough restuarants close by. I would recommend the hotel wholeheartedly

Beautiful resort. Housekeeping forgot to fill my shampoo and soap containers, no drinking glasses in room. Gorgeous spa and enjoyed the best hammam, massage and facial there. They upgraded my room to a suite but I wouldn’t call it a suite because of no sofa or kitchen facility but had a beautiful sunset view and deck but I think most of the rooms do

Our stay here was amazing. Mohamed and Hamza at the front desk provided exceptional customer service. We were very impressed!! Fati in the spa gave the best hammam treatment we received during our time in Morocco. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options for everyone. The lunch/dinner restaurant was alright, we only had pizza as it was very overpriced for most things. It is easy to walk down the street to some other options or take a taxi. We would definitely recommend staying here and we would come back! We had a good experience in the spa one of the days but the next day it wasn’t as good. They were very behind causing us to have to sit and wait. One worker clearly didn’t want to be there and would sigh and complain about being at work which isn’t exactly nice to hear as a paying customer. One of our treatments got cancelled altogether due to the delay and we couldn’t reschedule as we were flying home the next day.
