"Excellent Property"

"Excellent location. Comfortable, clean rooms. Friendly and very competent staff."

"Nice place, mediocre breakfast, bathroom smelled like urine."

"Many Hotels falsely advertise their property, this property was very clean, very well managed, the staff all were polite, professional, and extremely helpful. Free breakfast was very good food, and a very comfortable atmosphere, our first time staying with Avid, glad we tried it, will most definitely stay at their locations."

"The room smelled so if you have bad sinuses then be prepared. Also was given a room that was occupied. Walked into another couple and their kids in the same room. Front desk did switch us but wasn’t apologetic nor seemed as if she cared about either of us guests concerns about the seriousness of walking into and occupied room!!!"

"Location"

"The property could use a renovation (brighter lights in the hallways). Aside from that our stay was enjoyable. The staff was awesome!!!"

Leaky and broken sink faucet and needs a brand new sink. A runny toilet that sits too low to the ground, the tub faucet leaks. Whole room needs a paint job. The fridge freezer part needs to be defrosted. The towels are not soft at all. The security of the door locks are highly questionable. The staff speaks very...

"The front disk staff were very nice. The room was in great shape For the Lancaster Country tourist area, reasonably priced"
