"Overall, the hotel stay was average. Most aspects were acceptable, though not particularly outstanding. One notable issue was the behaviour of some guests — for example, someone was smoking in the lobby, which was unpleasant and surprisingly, no one stopped him.
There was also a noticeable odour in the room upon arrival. It wasn’t very pleasant at first. However, eventually got used to it after the first night.
While the stay was manageable, a bit more attention to cleanliness and air quality...

"Just when I thought people in Xiamen don’t really celebrate Xmas, the decoration at this hotel is matchable to those in major Asian city malls or hotels.
I love the Chinese details in the rooms, like the Chinese knot hooks. I love the rounded look of its furnishings. I especially love the toilet, how the layout is segregated and various accessibility. "
