Experiencia complicada, llegué como a las 8pm y todo cerrado, obscuro sin ningún aviso; llegué a pensar que me habían estafado. Pero me di cuenta que al lado había estacionamiento abierto, pregunté y era del mismo hotel. El guardia me dió acceso por la parte trasera del edificio y nos asignó una habitación. Ahí tuvimos que pagarle a el mismo en efectivo. Al parecer fuimos los únicos huéspedes esa y la siguiente noche. Ya al día siguiente pude contactar con recepcionista quien amablemente nos extendió recibo del pago y agradeció nuestra estancia.

Reservamos con la aplicación y al llegar al hotel no tenían la habitación disponible porque llevan el control manual y no tenían en la lista nuestra reservación, tuvimos que tomar otra habitación con menos camas, el baño tiraba agua hacia afuera de la habitación, por lo que el piso se mojaba cuando nos bañábamos, el aire acondicionado es pequeño para la habitación ya que son habitaciones con techo de doble altura. Lo único bueno es la ubicación ya que está en el centro de la ciudad y tiene estacionamiento.

No tiene la direccion exacta. Estuve con el Uber buscandolo en donde dicen que esta y no lo encontré. Hicieron que gastara dinero en buscarlo y no lo encontre nunca. Hable por telefono a un numero que tuve que buscar en Google porque no aparece en Expedia y me atendio una persona que me dio una direccion aun mss confusa y posteriormente a que le hable en multplies ocasiones, sin que me atendiera, me hablo solo para decirme que no tenia mi habitacion porque el check in solo era de 3 a 5 de la tarde, algo totalmenta absurdo ya que en todos los hoteles eb los que he estado no me han hecho eso.

Aunque estuve en 2 ocasiones anteriores y me había gustado el lugar, en este último viaje no pude quedarme ahí porque se me informó que el lugar estaba lleno, así que la reservación no fue respetada sin encontrar tampoco solución por parte de Expedia por lo que tuve que buscar un hotel por mi propia cuenta.

Un buen sitio para descansar en la zona centro de la ciudad, con estacionamiento, restaurante que permite almorzar o comer ahí mismo si no hay tiempo de salir, y buena señal de wi-fi para mantenerse conectado en los negocios o asuntos pendientes.
