I often stay at this location because its close to the Airport. During this trip, I was present when housekeeper came in on three different occasions. I notice the cleaning practices were not consistent. 1. The housekeepers walked into the showers two different times with their shoes on and the mat was down, to add the towels on top shelf. Their shoes are NOT clean at the bottom. 2. Two out of three occassions they did not clean the sink, toliet, or mirror, nor vaccum the floor. Only replaced the clean towels and change trash bags. 3. It appears the housekeepers uses the same gloves for cleaning with their spray bottle, change trash bags, pick up used towels, and then replace with clean towels. This makes me concerned that germs are being passed from one room to another. 4. Recommendations: used clean gloves when replacing clean towels and ensure the housekeeping department meet with their staff to review best practices when cleaning a room whether the customer is in their or not.

The housekeeper are very nice and they do there job. Front desk wasn't bad at all. The property need a total renovation thats i have to say .

My favorite hotel in a while. The Hyatt did not skimp on even little things most hotels we’ve stayed no longer provide. Much appreciated!

This place is terrible. Do not stay here. It's dirty and run down. First, the room was not cleaned adequately. The lotion they give out was used. Barely any left. Second, this place is run down. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was out of everything, even water. Not worth the money. One positive, their uber shuttle service worked great. On time, easy service.

This hotel is ‘tired’. Very disappointed. There was a constant smell in our room emanating from the A/C. A false eyelash on bathroom floor. Worn carpeting. And the sheets smelled like a chemical. I felt very uncomfortable. Hardly slept. Will never stay here again. And to think at $450 a night!!!!!! Skylar at the front desk however was EXCEPTIONAL and made our poor stay a little brighter. When I see the name Hyatt I think of a nice hotel. Not anymore. Come on Hyatt DO BETTER!

Our first stay here but hotel room to be spacious. Bathroom was not fancy but was clean. Quick checkin and check out. Free breakfast in morning. Walking distance to many restaurants. Would stay again.

The check in desk was very helpful with transportation to and from the Tampa airport. I called before arriving at the hotel and was told there was NOT transportation. The service desk was able to confirm yes they did have LYFT transportation at no cost to the customer. That was why we booked at this location. We needed transportation to and from the airport.

Close to Raymond James Stadium (about 2 miles). Room was large. Sitting area nice large sofa . Small fridge but no microwave. Ice not on every floor. Complimentary breakfast adequate. Powdered eggs. Bathroom sink exposed to room. Shower and toilet very cramped.

Old, noisy elevator to a point that walls & doors of the attached rooms vibrate. They gave us rooms next to elevators and then after much arguments gave rooms with one bed. Had to sleep on sofa, stuff on check in day was rude, disrespectful, didn’t interfere when another guuet behind us cursed us, and suggested to “get out if you don’t like rooms here”, staff laughed and encouraged this guest. Horrible experience

We came in town for Monster Jam and wanted a nice hotel, that is absolutely what we got! Clean and huge room, good tv stations, comfy bed, my family and I felt very safe there and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!
