As others have reviewed, the property had some sort of water damage issue before we arrived. There was dehumidifiers, cardboard (flooring), and flotsam from the incident everywhere. We couldn't get the elevator to work at first; apparently, we weren't hitting the button hard enough. The bed was as hard as a rock, the bathtub was chipping paint off the bottom, and the room was dingy. The hotel should have closed down, they shouldn't have stayed open. We weren't offered a refund or reduction in our room stay, and the front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly.

Property is under construction. While i give credit to the work crews who were always professional and polite, it is not a relaxing environment. Every floor had heavy wires up and down the corridors. Even though they were taped down, they were a trip hazard for seniors. The room was nice, coffee in lobby was good, eggs, sausage and potatoes were average.

Bij aankomst bleek een groot deel van het hotel niet in gebruik vanwege een grote lekkage welke twee weken heeft plaatsgevonden. We kregen derhalve de mededeling dat we naar een ander hotel moesten uitwijken. Uiteraard overmacht maar aangezien het reeds twee weken gelden is gebeurd had een mededeling vooraf wel netjes geweest. Alternatief was prima.

Hot water pipe had busted and no one contacted us prior to our arrival to possibly make new arrangements. The hot water was finally turned back on in the evening, but nothing was done about the inconvenience of 100 loud fans running overnight down the hallway and all over the hotel. The fans were so loud that people walking in the hall were shouting just to hear each other. The floor in my room was not vacuumed and there were drywall pieces all over the carpet. I had to move the nightstands and chairs back as they were in the middle of the room and the room was not ready for guests. After an extremely long flight I didn’t have the energy to find another hotel and this was a mistake on my part as I didn’t get any sleep anyway from the noise.

A pipe burst and we couldn’t stay at the hotel. Our reservation was canceled and we had to find another hotel that day.

The room was not worth the price we paid! There was a water leak on our fifth floor and we weren’t notified. They knocked on doors at 4 am which woke us up but they never spoke with us about it! They shut the elevator down and we had to carry all our luggage down 5 flights of stairs. Not very happy with the way this was handled.

Front desk staff were great, extremely helpful. The free breakfast was good & staff were attentive. The property is old, rooms small & dinghy. The rooms are overpriced.

The hallways and room were dated, with dark colors and furniture. I believe the room rate is expensive for what is offered.

I will never book with expedia or give Hilton my bussiness again. Expedia did not send me a confirmation so i had no idea my booking went through. I checked my emails several times. I booked a separate booking at another Hampton hotel and thats where i stayed at. Expedia and the hotel refused to cancel to refund the booking even as a courtesy although. They show zero flexibility for their customers

Not quite as expected for a Hampton
Hotel was clean, but our room was crowded for three people (site promised it would sleep 4). I skinned my shins several times moving around the pullout couch which was right infront of the bathroom door. Personnel we met were awesome - from shuttle driver (Mark) to front desk staff were helpful and got us where we needed to go, despite some other unruly travellers who did a lot of panicing and complaining. Thank you to the people!

This is definitely the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. The employees were not friendly, the bed was extremely hard—-woke up with back hurting. The hotel seemed dirty/old. When I came into room initially it was like someone had just been in there—the tv on, the soap in bathroom already opened and lights were on. If I could have switched to another hotel I would have. The only somewhat bright spot was the transportation- free transportation within 3 mile radius. Mark who transported us was extremely nice, BUT it took over a hour to pick us up only 5 minutes away. Given this fact I only used it once as I didn’t want to wait forever when Uber could pick me up in a minute or two. Also, this hotel is in a bad location not convenient to anything except the airport. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again

Short stay before cruise
Stayed couple days before start of cruise. Location was good, convenient to downtown, airport and port. Staff very friendly and the airport and local shuttle were terrific. Room was clean and quiet. Would stay again

Checkin desk was amazingly friendly and fast. Room was clean, airport noise evident when planes taking off. Bed very hard and pillows need replacing. Otherwise a good place to stand need to be near airport.

YOU ARE NOW DEALING WITH SEVERAL SETS OF RULES
I canceled my hotel room because I could not go to the Bowl game. According to Hotels.com, I could cancel for a refund up until Christmas or so, but the HOTEL attempted to charge me almost $1,000 for the room despite the fact that it was canceled several days before the cancellation cut off date. I am still battling with them.

Great customer service
The check in process was so easy! The breakfasts area was great. Food was ok, but the service was amazing. They helped a family find a park near by and offered to take them in the forelegs shuttle. They helped us too. The manager was friendly and very customer service focused.

I appreciate the 24 hour airport shuttle and the area sguttle. Rooms have paper thin walls... you can hear everything... and we were put right next to elevator, so we heard that a lot. Breakfast average. We would stay again.
