Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you felt our front desk and breakfast people were rude. That is unusual. I will look into your complaint that our complimentary breakfast was empty at 8:30am. Our staff usually keeps resupplying unless it is too close to 9am. Cooking more food would take longer than the breakfast would be open.

Thank you for your review. Many people will call to ask about the airport traffic and asking if we get a lot of noise from it. We are close enough to make it convenient for flights but just far enough to not hear the planes. I am glad that you found it a peaceful location.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear about the issues. This should not happen since we have one person that cleans a room, then an inspector checks the room, before the housekeeper does a final check. Our linens also undergo several checks before they leave the laundry room. I will ask housekeeping what happened with this room. Also, to clarify something, we do not charge a cleaning fee and never have unless a guest thoroughly trashes a room.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, you booked a reservation through a third party and attempted to cancel a non-refundable reservation after the cancellation policy. This is a policy put in place by the third party booking agency.

Spring is our busy season and the entire area rates can be pretty high. Many people enjoy visiting during the fall when the rates are lower and the weather is cooler.
