We had to go to reception 5–6 times a day, and every single time we had to wait for a member of staff to come and open our room for us. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. ..."

"La qualité du service rien à dire parfait. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Par contre la propreté de la chambre moyenne. Le tapis est très sale, le toilette avec des traces jaunes, cheveux dans le lit... Faites attention car l'hôtel est très loin de Marrakech, et il n'y a rien à faire ..."
