"this property is 40 minutes away from Marrakesh in middle of nowhere off an highway. You cannot leave the premises without hiring 30 euro hotel cab, forced to eat every night paying 25 euros per head for dinner. There is no Yoga availabvle as advertised, no horse ridiong nearby, WIFI did not work at all, no TV s in room. CANNOT USE POOL AS FREEZING WATER. We booked for 6 nights and left after 3 nights without even caring about losing money paid already. It was so bad. 3 nights were forced to...

"Nice pool area. The waiters are nice. The management is terrible. Gym is small / outdated. Treadmill doesn’t start at times and is narrow. Tennis court is good but the ball was old and only one. Bath / toilet facilities don’t function properly. Be careful when you book, so you don’t get asked for more money upon check out. Breakfast is good but basic. Tajines are great including couscous. Skewers weren’t good. Meat too dry and tiny pieces. You have to guess well how hungry you will be all...

"Vraiment un endroit merveilleux, tout a été parfait. Le palais est magnifique, la décoration tant des parties communes que des chambres est un vrai plaisir pour les yeux. Un calme absolu. Le service est efficace et chaleureux. Les repas sont très bons. C’est un peu loin du centre de Marrakech mais ça vaut vraiment le détour."
