A very nice hotel in beautiful surroundings, with excellent nearby Spa and pool facilities. However, these facilities are expensive, even for paying hotel guests. We would have prefered to be able to enjoy the pool only, without having to pay the all-inclusive 250 SEK per person.

Rent och frÀscht rum. Trevlig personal i lobbyn. HÀrligt och rymligt spa. I restaurangen hade vi ingen trevlig upplevelse dÄ det var lÄng vÀntetid, vi fick fel rÀtter och drink, ingen kollade till oss vi var tvungna att uppmÀrksamma personalen varje gÄng vi ville nÄgot. Flera besökare som kom efter oss fick bÀttre service och betalade och gick innan vi fick huvudrÀtten. KÀnde oss nonchalerade. Maten var dock otroligt god.

Oerfaren, ung personal ej effektiva och snabba. Mycket blev fel och de var ovetande. Incheckningen blev försenad trotts att tiden Àr 15.00 inte ok! Fick rummet 15.20 ingen kompensation dÄligt! StÀdpersonalen skrek Ät varandra i korridoren nÀr vi kom upp till rummet otrevlig stÀmning. Inte sÄ rent heller. Dörrarna smÀller vÀldigt hÄrt och det lÄter dÄ mycket nÀr folk gÄr in och ut varje gÄng. Inga sittplatser utanför hotellet, var tvungen att gÄ till SPA avdelningen med entrépriser för att sitta ute. Personalen pÄ SPA avdelningen var vÀldigt trevliga och fint stÀlle. Dock skulle vattnet vara kallare alldeles för varmt ocksÄ nÀr det Àr nÀrmare 30 grader ute. Maten och utsikten var det som gjorde stÀllet bra. Snyggt pÄ vÄningen vid restaurangen, inredning etc. KÀrleken saknades.

Vackert men dÄlig service

Vi kom tidigt men fick besked att rummet garanterat var klart kl 15.00. Först kl 15.15 fick vi besked att rummet var klart och vi checkade in. NĂ€r vi kom till rummet var stĂ€darna Ă€nnu inte klara, vi fick vĂ€nta utanför i ytterligare 10 minuter. Rummen hade ingen luftkonditionering och det var 28 grader varmt. NĂ€r man stĂ€ngde duschdörrarna i badrummet fick men knappt plats att vĂ€nda sig. Dagen vi skulle checka ut kl 11.00 knackade stĂ€daren pĂ„ redan 9.30. Vi bokade bussbiljetter till Dalhalla i receptionen men nĂ€r vi skulle hĂ€mta ut dem fanns de inte. Tack vare en avbokning fick vi Ă€ndĂ„ biljetter till bussen. A/Cn i bussen funkade inte. Efter konserten pĂ„ Dalhalla serverade hotellet enbart en vanlig varmkorv med bröd till hutlöst pris. Nere i spa fungerade inte lĂ„sen pĂ„ skĂ„pen i omklĂ€dningsrummen, vattnet i inomhuspoolen var över 30 grader varmt (det var 28 grader varmt i skuggan utomhus). Utomhus fanns bara bubbelpooler med Ă€nnu varmare vatten. Solstolarna och fotpallarna utomhus var svarta sĂ„ fotpallarna som inte hade nĂ„gra dynor var sĂ„ heta att man brĂ€nde sig. Hotellet som byggnad Ă€r jĂ€ttefint och det Ă€r en fantastisk utsikt över Siljan och omgivningarna. Frukosten var toppen med mycket frukt och grönsaker, korv, köttbuÄșlar, pannkakor och vĂ„fflor men Ă€ggröran var blek och trĂ„kig. Den enda kompensation vi fick var i spat av en jĂ€ttetrevlig tjej för en smĂ„sak. Vi fick ingen kompensation för att rummen inte var klara eller för bristerna i spat. Vi kommer inte tillbaka.

Utlovat kaffe i annonserna

Allt var bra utom nĂ€r vi kom undrade jag om vi kunde dricka kaffe medan vi vĂ€ntade pĂ„ rummet men receptionisten svarade nej men hĂ€nvisade till ett konditori. SĂ„g sen att det stĂ„r en kaffemaskin ovanför trappan efter frukosten dagen dĂ€rpĂ„.😟
