Debacle turned into a delight

Extremely friendly and helpful lafy at the front desk. Very nice accommodations, extremely comfortable bed. The first hotel, the one I booked, overbooked and we were "booted." Hotels.com booked me friend and I at an even nicer hotel for the same price.

Only positive I have is the staff was very friendly. Hands down the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. Only reason we stayed is because everywhere else was booked. Over paid on Hotels.com 2 people in front of us had same room for $120 less a night.

The stay was terrible! First, it took someone almost 15 minutes to show up to the front desk but he was nice and moved quickly to check-in. The room was terrible, floor was dirty, tub didn’t drain properly, someone covered fire alarm with a dirty cloth, small bugs popped on night three, but the linens were clean. The paint is chipping of the baseboards and fridge is peeling. I’ve stayed in an extended stay before and it was NOT like this at all.

We were looking for a safe and clean facility for our daughter to stay before moving into her student housing. We chose this Extended Stay because of brand recognition and price. WE REGRET IT WHOLEHEARTEDLY! From roaches to late night fire alarms, lying and rude staff, and so much more. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!

I did not appreciate not knowing the kitchen did not come with utensils. I could have brought stuff from home and not have to buy them from the store. I have a family with lots of food allergies, so when out of town i must have a kitchen. The front staff was helpful.

This property appears to be being used as transitional housing and not an actual hotel. When we go there, there was the strong smell of marijuana in the lobby and a number of people hanging out in the parking lot. There were used flossers in the elevator and hair on the toilet. Someone had been smoking in the room the gave us prior to check in. I did not feel safe and my son and I used the room long enough to book a different hotel and then left. Definitely DO NOT go here.

We walked in last night and the lobby reeked of pot. As we preceded to the room the elevator was out of order which we were not informed. So we had to find a stairwell to go to the 3 floor. The hallways all smelled of pot. Piles of dirt everywhere. Broken/moldy equipment in the hallway. As well as dirty linens and none tending to them. Drywall dust and pieces on the floors . Our room door was broken … the fridge was moldy… The room smelled of musky mold if we didn’t need to only sleep for 4 hours we would not have stayed it was absolutely disgusting. No one with any pride in their business would allow their hotel to look like this. For a location that says that it was smoke free the cleanest part of the hotel was the stairwell.

We arrived to learn our reservation for two queen beds had been canceled. They offered us a single queen for three people. took us 30 minutes to check in because they said reservation couldnt be changed because booked with a 3rd party. They had one person in charge of front desk and cleaning rooms so there were long waits to talk to anyone because she was cleaning the rooms in between check ins. The room was filthy. Hair and other debris on the floor. Roach (alive) in our room. Dead ones in the hallway outside room. Fire alarm went off at 1am. It was the worst place I’ve ever spent the night in 55 years. The single staff member was super nice and accommodating. However, if there were any rooms available any where close, we would have been out of there.
