It was not just a hotel room, it was an actual mini efficiency size apartment with its own kitchen with a full size fridge and mini living room. Truly a great price for that space. I didn’t need the kitchen, but I did bring a 1 gallon jug of water with me which doesn’t fit in the typical tiny fridges that are provided in standard hotel rooms, but I was able to keep my 1 gallon jug of water cold since I had the full size fridge. Along with that, the staff were very nice and courteous. It was conveniently located only 5-10 mins away from lots of restaurants, as well as the Capital and Senate buildings. Well worth the money and would gladly stay there again.

Outstanding! Great place to stay. The front desk was awesome. First: appreciate the front desk calling to provide check in instructions (we arrived late). Second: when we showed up we need sheet/pillows for the pull out couch. The front desk showed up with what we needed within 3 minutes.

We had an incredible stay at StayAPT Suites! The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The facility was peaceful, spotless, and impeccably maintained, with everything smelling fresh and inviting. Our apartment-style room was incredibly spacious and well-appointed, featuring a full kitchen that made it feel like a true home away from home. My stay here on my birthday was everything I could have hoped for and more! This wasn’t just a hotel, it truly felt like a full apartment. Spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything you’d need to live comfortably, and I honestly didn’t want to leave. (And if they ever decide to rent these out long-term, they better call me first!) The location was unbeatable… close to all the entertainment, restaurants, the mall, downtown, and both the FSU and FAMU campuses. Cascade Park was literally right out the back door, perfect for a peaceful stroll or a morning coffee run. The bed was incredible… the kind you sink into and immediately question all your other life choices because nothing compares. Plus, Courtney at the front desk made the check-in process effortless. She was welcoming, professional, and really set the tone for a great stay. Overall, the space was cozy, accommodating, and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for more than just a place to sleep, it’s a full experience!

This is inarguably the nicest and cleanest extended stay that I've ever been to. So be advised that it doesn't have all the hotel add-ons like complimentary breakfast, and little details like the nice wooden hangers and pants hangers, (closet was just the white closetmaid rack shelving with plastic t-shirt hangers). Also the TV speakers were clearly blown out or damaged somehow, I did not bring this to management's attention, but I'm still giving it a high rating as I believe they would have addressed it swiftly I just didn't feel like dealing with it. The GM was highly professional and courteous. I would recommend this to anyone in need of a longer stay, beautiful marble countertops, stainless steel, full kitchen with glasstop range and spotless oven. BUT, be advised that you will need to bring your own stuff. I don't think there was so much as a vending machine on premise, but that's what an extended stay means!, you gotta bring your own OJ and eggs. They do have an outdoor common area in the middle that has very nice BBQ grill, and plenty of area to entertain or plan a small (quiet) event.

Room was good. Staff were indifferent and it seemed like they didn’t want to be there. If you need a place to sleep and cook, this works. Security was good too with key card entry to courtyard. Bring your own coffee.
