"The hotel is very good nice staff, everything is fine and OK but I only problem is the mattress, the mattress is not standard it's not orthopaedic like most standard, top hotels but string - made, very bad for the back, which i told them to take that into consideration."

"It was a nice hotel and staff were nice but unfortunately we didn't get a lot of sleep due to a large amount of children from a dance group running up and down the corridor outside the rooms and loud and boisterous until quite late in the evening around 1am . There was also another incident in the room accross which went on continuously throughout our last night there. Unfortunate that these incidents caused our stay to be not the best. "

"The room itself was lovely but the staff was either overwhelmed or didn't care. The room was booked for 3 but had only been prepared for 2. We had to go to the reception desk to ask for an extra set of towels because no one answered the phone. We ran out of toilet paper our second night and there was no one at reception to get it for us. After waiting 15 minutes, I went into the lobby bathroom and pulled off enough to get us through the night. Also, our shower head was super difficult to use -...

"Our room was great! Although its a little outside the city centre, it is most definitely worth it as its just a 30 min bus ride our so away. I enjoyed our room, it was large and comfortable especially for the price. Our room was a non-smoking room, but did smell like smoke a bit, but it was ok. Overall a nice stay and would come again!"
