"Nice place Service has to be the worst iv ever experienced anywhere Soooooo slowwwww with everything, took 5 minutes to bring a bottle of water to our table The staff are rude and also when went to upgrade the price had increased the 2nd time we asked by 3000 bhat even though we told them we will definitely upgrade Also charge you way more on taxis than the local app grab which is hard to get in the area this hotel is Won’t be going near this place again put a downer on the trip"

"A little apprehensive when we first approached and checked in. But that soon went away when we went into our mini apartment. It was great and in fantastic condition. We stayed in the Viva property which im guessing was quite new. Staff were super friendly. Value for momey was extremely good."

"We had a blast. The premises, location and food were amazing. We absolutely adored our villa which was exactly what we needed to relax. "I loved everything about our stay here!! I stayed with my boyfriend as a special treat to celebrate our anniversary and I couldn't have chosen a better hotel! The staff was extremely kind and helpful and organised a romantic surprise in our suite with rose petals, swans and chocolate, it was beautiful! The dinner at Anaala on the beach was another highlight. The food was delicious and the view of the sun slowly settling down right in front of our table on the private beach was to die for....

"The restaurant that is highly lauded in some reviews did not exist. Once there, the owner’s son tells me that they close the restaurant during the slow season….which was NOT disclosed when I booked. It’s in a very secluded area but a drive to restaurants about 15 mins away. There’s a restaurant next door, but the opening time depends on their mood, one day was 10am and next day was 11am. They were both weekdays. They don’t clean the rooms so I had to walk to front desk for new towels and water....

"My cousin was getting married at the Akyra! We stayed there for 5 days. The all inclusive was well worth it! It included food, drinks and a massage each day! The massages were great, professional, relaxing. The food here is amazing, everything tasted so fresh. The staff was awesome and extremely kind. The beach had the perfect amount of breeze, was clean, and not overpopulated. Thank you Akyra! Our stay was amazing!"
