"We loved our stay at this hotel because of its excellent location. It's within walking distance of the Jordan MTR station, and the nearby night markets make the area even more enjoyable in the evenings. There are also plenty of restaurants on the lower ground level, offering a wide variety of dining options, so we rarely needed to go anywhere else for meals. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We appreciated that team members were available in the lobby and near the elevators to assist guests during both check-in and check-out. Our room was clean and well maintained, including the towels and bed linens. While toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided, the hotel did supply the other essential toiletries."

"Five stars for the location and convenience. The hotel is very well situated, with easy access to bus, tram, and MTR stations, which made getting around Hong Kong very convenient. The staff were courteous in our limited interactions and were especially helpful in storing our luggage, since we had several bags that could not all fit comfortably in the room. The buffet breakfast was a real highlight. Both we and our kids enjoyed it, and there was enough variety to keep it enjoyable throughout our three-night stay. The only slight downside was that the rooms felt dated and could use modernization. Rooms lack toiletries and some of the furnishings and signs showed wear and would benefit from an updated look. Overall, we are glad we stayed at Ibis and would definitely consider staying there again if we travel through Hong Kong."
