"We had a nice room and the hot tub and pool were the stars of our visit. We had 2 problems re the management, 1 was they send info for automatic check in but as we'd booked through Hotels they're systems don't work - that's fine as I like a personal check in, but why send the automated info?
Also, our coffee machine was broken and I asked for a replacement, 1 hour later it arrived as we were checking out - when I phoned about the problem there was no offer of a coffee from their reception - a place as expensive as this should have better care & service for their customers"
