A very nice hotel, we booked 2 separate rooms that were spacious and fairly clean. The only comment I’ll make is that the bathroom in both hotel rooms had molds on the glass door and floor, as well as 1 bathroom had less than half a roll of toilet paper left. Otherwise it was a good stay
The staff from the front desk to the bellboys especially Cedric and those at breakfast and at the bake shop/cafe were polite, all ears, and efficient. All my needs were addressed.
Housekeeping kept my room clean and stocked. AC provided comfort.
Breakfast was worth waking up to.

The check-in process was so primitive. You have to fill out paperwork and they only accept cash deposit (no credit card). Who carries cash these days? The room has no towels until you request them, and when they arrived the towels were so bad. Dirty-looking towels with the edges falling apart. To me, this hotel should only cost US$35/night.
I loved the staff, the building was fine. There was such an influx of people coming in for conferences that you were swallowed by a sea of people. Every single day. If you went out of your room at the wrong time it could take 30 minutes to navigate back to your room. Certain times of day it was even harder. But the staff were always friendly and welcoming. The cafe staff was exceptionally friendly and polite. The door men were the heroes. My father in law was treated like a royal. He was so happy. He grew up in Tagaytay and is to this day a local. That meant the world to him.
Man. I would just like to start by saying this is one of those unexpected experiences. When I visit Tagaytay, I usually stay near the malls and similar areas. I chose to stay here because it was closest to a wedding I was attending. I wasn't expecting much, but my experience has been GREAT from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. Hotel staff was super friendly. I got assistance in checking in my bags, front desk was super nice, helpful, and friendly, and the person assisting with breakfast was nice as well. Housekeeping staff were always checking if we needed anything too. The room was super clean and really spacious. Beds were comfortable and the included amenities were good. Bigger fridge than usual, nice 42 inch Smart TV, and a nice split type aircon was in the room. There's also a heated pool and a small place in the lobby to just chill and have some pastries. Breakfast buffet was decent. I loved their hash browns, dilis (fried small fish), adobo, Korean-style chicken, and their egg station. Parking wasn't shaded, but there were many available stalls, and it felt safe. Hotel was a bit far from the malls, but it allowed for more bonding time with the family. Highly recommended, especially if you're looking for something father away from the busy city life and just want to unwind.
Food was so much better than the last time i was in the property

Personalet er søde, men de gæster der kommer på det hotel tager ingen hensyn med deres råben og skrigen, flytten rundt på møbler. Morgen Maden er under middel

Hotel is okay, but screaming kids all over the place and staff doesent do anything to enforce a comfortable stay for other guests and ask parents to control their screaming kids
Nice hotel, but the buffet was confusing and not very organized. I ask an egg at least 2 times, and I never got one. Slow in replenishing the dishes.

The room was in a good conditio n but the amenities like shower gel was emptied ,no hand towel and face clothes upon arrival.
Breakfast was very good ,and room view was excellent
Awful. Despite a newish hotel, the sit conditioning is ridiculously loud, even on the lowest setting. Doesn’t anyone test this? Also, the wifi is essentially non-existent. Then there’s the fact that you can’t get a cup of tea for breakfast. Goh, and try to check in or out in less than 20 minutes. This place looks good but really needs management to lift their gene significantly.
Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price
We recently stayed at Hotel Casiana & Events Center Managed by HII in Tagaytay for 3 days and we’re very disappointed with our experience.
First, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. There was visible dust on some areas of the room, and the chairs were dirty and clearly not well-maintained. Even the towels provided smelled bad, not fresh at all, which added to the discomfort and lack of attention to hygiene.
What made things worse was the breakfast. On the first breakfast, we tried the pandesal, and it had a strange, off-putting taste, honestly, it tasted like cockroach. We tried to brush it off, but the next day confirmed our worst fears: we found a live cockroach inside the container of square bread served at the breakfast buffet. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable for any establishment.
This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I hope the management seriously addresses their hygiene and food safety standards. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and enjoyable stay in Tagaytay.
