"Lots of parking spaces, even as we arrived late in the day. The breakfast was a bit of a scramble due to flight times and opening times of the restaurant as time was a bit short, they did however provide a 'grab and go' selection of pastries, juices etc in reception if you needed to go earlier. The only gripe was that our room did not have air con, I presumed that it would and never checked. "I love staying here before a flight and also on my return from a long haul. Love that you now get an email to say your room is ready even before time. Big comfy clean bed and spacious too. Only complaint is not enough of those delicious biscuits on the hospitality tray haha"

"There is absolutely NO wifi and NO cell service in these rooms. The only place we could get a singular bar was in the corner of the bathroom. This massively hurt me when checking in/getting updates about my flight. The front desk just shrugged when I told them. No help at all. The toilet seat was also broken and nearly falling right off. The only benefit was it was a good sized room. Wouldn’t stay here again, though."

"Beautiful hotel from the time we walked in, to the time we reached our room. Wonderful stay! Comfortable bed and very clean room! I thought staying close to the train station would be very loud but it wasnt bad at all. Would have like to spend more time here."

"Check in was a bit antiquated. Paper and pen in the 21st century. Also 2 reception desks but with unequal queues. Bend linen a bit starchy, and of course they all use that industrial cleaner from sketchleys which smells terrible The towels smelt terrible as well It really should be that the linen and towels are cleaned with a domestic soap powder like aerial or bold, or with a conditioner like comfort so that customers get the wow factor of the room smelling like home rather than a hospital."

"Amazing setting and beautiful grounds Great place for wedding celebrations However the rooms were rather small with limited facilities for the price paid. Breakfast times restricted to 8-10 , would extend to accommodate guests’needs. Also a bit disappointing you had to pay a supplement to have half of the items on the menu"

"We were there for three days due to cleaners strike rooms were not cleaned. Front desk attendant was helpful to give us fresh towels and supplies. Parking was not included but was enough."

"We only had an overnight stop here, but it was a great place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room and general public areas of the property were all fine. We had an evening meal and a full breakfast and they were both very tasty. Having an EV charger (22kW) in the car park was a really useful bonus as we left our car to charge overnight. Would definitely stay here again."
