"There is a little or a lot here for any Parrothead to enjoy for a quiet or a lively stay."

"Great view"

"It was very clean, People was kind and the view was perfect. The pool is too small and the breakafast can be better"

"Location was great and dinner was wonderful. Music was very loud until 10pm on a Sunday night with no crowd. Beach was awesome and our room had a great view."

"One of the best locations on Ft Myers Beach"

"My favorite place to stay at Ft Myers Beach"

"I love Matanza. It's in a great location, walking distance to everything. I enjoyed sitting on the canal/bay and seeing all the wildlife, especially Manatee! We stayed in the 2 bedroom and it was perfect!"

"Los anfitriones estuvieron presentes para cada ocasión en que los necesitamos. Aunque tuvimos un ligero inconveniente con la primera habitación, luego fuimos colocados en otra que cumplió nuestras expectativas. También queremos destacar la atención de la anfitriona cubana en el desayuno."

"We arrived to this hotel and pulled up underneath the bay to two gentlemen who asked what we needed. I told them we were checking in and they said go find a spot. Lucky for us we found a little spot right out front. We had to crawl out the sunroof to get out of our vehicle because the spots were so small. After checking in, I was told I was on the second floor. So I took the elevator to the second floor where I couldn’t find our room number. Little did I know that we were booked their motel...

"Great property good location friendly staff very clean room good breakfast"

"We did not get a chance to use all the fun amenities but they were available. There was a nice place to sit outdoors to talk and eat breakfast. We did get lost and went to the wrong Latitude 26 but, the person (once we were able to get through to a person) was very helpful. The sports bar just down the street had good food and service."
