Great staff, nice, well-appointed room. Just need better shoveling and indoor mats to help with lobby slipperiness on snowy days. We had a lovely weekend here and look forward to future stays!

Location is perfect, that's about it. Found a dirty sock under our bed and a used Qtip behind the chair so that was disgusting. Breakfast was horrible, well at least the hot food. We ended up forgoing our included breakfast the second day and went to IHOP. Noticed a few other hotels in the same area that I would stay at next time.

Overall decent stay.

Stayed for 5 nights and while it was a nice place I wish the staff was as friendly to match. Only had two friendly staff members. And as for service it was different from what I’m used to. Had to ask the front desk when we were getting our service as we were gone all morning both days we were supposed to get service but we never received service til after 3pm and was never told when to expect service. Better communication would be helpful. Overall a great location.

Lots of space in the room. Breakfast is good great although they need to add a few more chairs in the pool area for people who are not looking to swim, but hanging just staying with their kids supervising your kids convenient parking. The staff is extremely friendly
