The staff was extremely unhelpful and did not care if I enjoyed my stay or not and did not even ask when I checked out. The room was dirty and the lamps did not work. They were also tarnished and looked like they were from the 1980's. My TV did not work and I had to listen to footsteps on the ceiling all night from the room above me. I will not be staying here again.
The description that expedia has and what actually is at the property is not the same. There is no restaurant that's attached and they do not have the arcade, which was half the reason why we picked a stay here.I would not recommend this place unless you're absolutely desperate
Make no mistake, this is a Red Roof Inn disguised as a nice riverside hotel in Fulton. I don't have an issue with Red Roof Inn when it is priced like a Red Roof Inn. But this is not worth $160+ a night when Syracuse is just a bit farther south. There are remnants of a quaint hotel with a dilapidated dock that is off limits and closed restaurant.
It is clear that this hotel has two sides. The nightly travelers stay close to the lobby while the more permanent residents live near the back. There is a continental breakfast but the residents clear it out very early. Overheard while scanning the remains was a conversation of a lady complaining about the cops incorrectly providing narcan to her brother.
They also charged a pet fee for a service animal. Something I have never seen with any other booking.
If you need a quick place to stay, don't want breakfast and the price is right, this is fine. For all others, book somewhere else.
Found a dead bed bug.
Pool was unusable.
AC didn't maintain temp.
Parking lot not lit well.
Restaurant closed.
Appeared to be people living there.
Not a safe feeling atmosphere.
This hotel is Disgusting, unkept, a safety concern, and should be reported to the health department. I arrived after 10pm and notice that the side doors of the property are unlocked, people are entering without a room key. I get checked in and on the way to the room there are rat trap boxes in the corners of the hallways. We entered the room and check the room for pest. We spotted bed bugs ontop of the pillows and reported this to the staff, who responded with "Do you want a new pillow?" The mattresses were also heavily stained, with a poor attempt of hiding it with a wool sheet under the blankets. We left the hotel that night, where someone from outside opened the door for us without using a key.
This hotel was absolutely disgusting. There were other peoples hair on the bed, stains, boogers on the walls, and very sketchy people hanging around outside. When I told the staff we were leaving I got a massive attitude and still waiting to get refunded because horrible experience.
The rooms are outdated. I ask for room service one of the mornings and they only made up my bed. No new towels or wash cloths! Terrible! Junkies are standing outside day and night. Loud noise. Never Again!!!
Pubes in the sink. A/C blowing out heat, then the thermostat actually fell out of it. A dead room phone, shower/water handle came off, ice cube tray looked like an ash tray. Fridge & microwave from 1978. Restaurant is no longer on site. Homeless, sketchy looking people living there. The school bus actually picks up their kids there. No pool. No ice machine and it smells like wet dogs & dope! We will NOT be going back. Waste of money!!!! Didnt bother with the "breakfast" didnt want to risk it. Never again.
The place is run down. There is cheap liminate flooring on top of carpet with large gaps. Bed was large and ok.
The worse part was the HVAC unit in our room sounded like a turbine spinning up. LOUD!
Coming down the hall you were in danger of a contact high from all the weed being smoked. And to top things off. There was someone singing in the stairway until 2:00am. Not joking!

Breakfast was extremely limited to cereal, luke warm coffee, small amount of luke warm milk in a thermos for cereal and coffee, no decaf coffee and no hot water for tea. You could also choose from four white pieces of bread and four frozen waffles that were lying out on a clear plastic small shelf. The dispenser labeled orange juice had a small amount of some odd shade of red colored substance. This breakfast is misleading as it was at best a sparse continental breakfast, but the advertised picture suggested a full breakfast. I and most others went without breakfast. A kid ate some dry cereal. Not quite even a snack station. Disappointing. Also, the dock out to the river was broken and completely closed off from any access.
El lugar estaba muy sucio las , sabanas , almuadas , tenia pelo , pienso no la habia cambiado y el baño sucio y no tenía jabón

Staff was great! Can’t complain there. However for the price I paid I expected more. No toiletries in the bathroom. Not happy at all. The hotel seem to be a shared space with renters. It was weird. The continental breakfast was also not good. Totally disappointed. For a cheaper price I would have been ok but for what I paid i expected more.
It was so bad that we changed hotels hours after checking in. The room smelled like a dog had eliminated in it. The door had marks on it that looked like it had been forced open. The deadbolt was inoperable. The soap dispensers appeared to be glued on the wall. The microwave looked like something had caught fire in it. There was mold in the freezer. It appeared like the proprietors lived there along with several other people. There was an empty inoperable in ground pool and a tiki bar with a hole in the roof in what was advertised to be the riverfront sitting area. The listing showed a restaurant and bar in house this was not true. The sign in the lobby said it was closed permanently. The building was advertised as non smoking but there were cigarette butts all over the grassy areas. The ac ran but didn't seem to cool anything and made the smell in the room worse. There was a full package of diapers and coloring books in the lobby area and a woman with a small child when we checked in. The child started crying and the woman with her said it's time for your nap. The same woman was manning the desk when I checked out reinforcing my earlier thought that they lived there. Do not book here if you can avoid it.
