"Lovely hotel though frustratingly nowhere to put your wash bag in the bathrooms or to sit in front a mirror to do your hair (so many hotels guilty of this). Staff are really great. We had a problem that was immediately resolved. "

It’s an old building in a coastal location so there was a breeze coming through the room (we had a top floor sea view room), but that said it was warm and comfortable and the view more than made up for it. "Great room and right in the middle of downtown, only a few blocks from the train station. Very comfortable accommodation with soft fluffy towels and plenty of bathroom amenities. Quiet, and close to great restaurants. "

"Our family room was perfect for us - my daughter loved the bunk beds and having the outdoor area was lovely and so handy for our dog. The breakfast was lovely, the staff were very friendly and we could even charge our electric car. The location was perfect too. There was nothing I would change about our stay! "

"We were on the top floor so the stairs are a bit of a killer. The was a bit dark and the window does not keep the street noise out. Bedsheets could do with a proper fitted mattress protector it was just a sheet that came off when you moved. View was nice."
