"Amazing historic cabin on a great property. There is a rec room, laundry, and firepit all within a short walking distance. Also TWO trails on site. We travel a ton and this cabin had the best “notebook” of anywhere we have stayed. To a of local information, cool history of the cabin, and helpful tips for this historical space! The only thing to be cautious of is the only bed is up a ladder style staircase that is very steep. They note this in the listing, so it wasn’t a huge surprise but...

"The cabin was reasonably priced and really convenient to visit the Great Smoky Mountains, followed by shoppers and dining near Sylva. The beds were comfortable, and the view of the creek outside the cabin was very pleasant to picnic next to."
