The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Our room was great, comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed. The bathroom window needed attention to close properly, but there was a heater to keep the room warm. We appreciated the table and chairs, and the communal sitting room with real fire. Great to have parking garage underneath. The concierge was very pleasant and we appreciated his care and attention (and his excellent red wine!) We are happy to recommend this hotel."
