My only complaint is the background music in the lobby, restaurant and bar was much too loud for comfortable conversation. When asked, they did turn it down slightly, but it was still too loud. "

"I thought this was the real Extended Stay went booked it. The TV did not work the 3 days I was there. The toilet over flowed and the repair guy left the nasty plunger in the room for me to use. I deserve a refund for the work that I had to do."
