"Bad maintained property Old gray tone towels They promote it as if it was remodeled"

"Very clean, nice rooms. Comfy bed"

"Clean, cozy"

"Kitchen counters were dirty in our rooms when we checked in and had not been wiped down. Bathrooms were not well stocked, and didn’t have extra toilet paper or toiletries you typically find at other residence inns. Location is close to the village however the hotel is right next to the freeway and you can hear traffic and cars all night"

"This is a gem of a place. From the parking to the staff, it is great. Everyone is always so accommodating. You can't beat the price that includes parking for up to 30 days and the free shuttle to the airport as well as the free breakfast are awesome perks. You even get really good cookies at check-in. I always highly recommend the Ontario Airport Inn when I get the chance."

"Great as always. Enjoyed my stay."

"Staff were friendly and welcoming, hotel has won awards within the travelodge brand and it does show. Parking can be an issue later in the day as it does get busy, rooms were reasonably clean but did need work around the edges."

"Good efficient check-in process and maintained rooms. Thank you!"
