The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and the bar was lots of fun. My only complaint is that the area outside is very loud in the morning. The street cleaning etc started at 5 am.

Very good location in the city center, right at the entry to the pedestrian zone. Parking easily available (at a charge) in front of the hotel. Inside, the lobby and restaurant are modern and in the typical Nordic architecture. Unfortunately, the rooms and bathroom cannot keep the promise that the entry creates. But it‘s all clean, good firm mattress, spacious and quiet room.

we’re travellers from Canada. We stayed one night here. It is very quaint to clean and nice. It was noisy in the middle of the night, because we were in a room that was beside the road and as there is no air conditioning, we slept with the window open. This was in late, June. We were woken by a bunch of people sitting outside on the street, intoxicated, and speaking loudly. This didn’t ruin our stay there. We had a lovely breakfast in the morning with everything that you typically would see in a breakfast buffet. I love the coffee makers that arehere in Denmark. I would definitely recommend the stay in this hotel.

Totally fine, I wouldn’t describe it as upscale.

Was apparently a Best Western prior to this (still listed as Best Western on apple maps). It felt like a Best Western kind of room. Laminate floors, there was actually no artwork in our room, dated bathroom, no air conditioning (which is maybe typical here?), not particularly nice but totally fine - felt like a mid-level hotel that had been painted and given a nice entrance. Black out blind was a pull down roller blind over a window, not typical hotel black out curtains - that kind of thing. Service was great - hats off to the front desk team, the restaurant team, super helpful and friendly. Food was very expensive for what it was. It felt a bit like we were paying Hotel Scandic prices for Best Western kind of holiday. Which is maybe fine? Awesome location - quiet, walkable to the shopping areas, historic areas, water, easy parking. Loved all that.

Sengen i højre side var decideret dårlig (værelse 409). Madrassen passede ikke til sengens størrelse, så det føltes som om man kunne trille ud. Morgenmaden var ok uden at være prangende. Godt brød og dejlig hjemmelavet marmelade. De blødkogte æg var kolde (og hårdkogte). Yoghurten var varm (fik dog serveret en kold, da jeg bad om det).
