I had two nights stay in this hotel. the location is great, short walks to food, shopping , café and subway station. even though it is close to some very busy and crowded streets, my room is nice and quiet . stuff are very friendly. definitely will stay here again.

Nice hotel inside, the main issue is finding it as the map provided shows another property so we wandered 15 mins before finding the place! but inside the rooms are clean and the hotel has quite a modern funky style.

Location was good. A local 3 stars hotel at a great location. Hotel is a bit too dark. I booked a room for 4, the beds were very big and spacious and the hotel also gave us 4 complimentary cocktails and a big fruit platter. Good value for money.

The hotel location is excellent, very close to major attractions. It has free shuttle service to some of them. The staff is conversant in English and is very knowledgeable about how to get to these attractions. The room is large, and art deco style. The bathroom is painted black, and very dark. It could use more lighting . The mini refrigerator did not work in my room. Overall, I will stay here again for its location and friendly staff.

The room was a bit cold probably it was drizzling out there. There was no heater. Overall, it was a nice stay as the hotel was centrally located, short walking distance to metro chayyuanchang and in front of the hotel, there was a walking street with a lot of eateries and shopping mall. Easily accessible to attraction like Suzhou museum, Humble administrator garden and culture street.

Hotel super - A recommander
Hotel superbe, nous avions une chambre familiale soul Kids, elle était immense et tres bien agencée. l'hotel est situé en plein centre ville à 200 mètres du métro et dans au pied de la rue piétonne et commerçante de Suzhou. nous avons adoré notre passage dans cet hôtel. le petit déjeuner était excellent.

great location, spacious rooms
This is a great hotel right in the middle of the famous Suzhou shopping street. From outside it might not look so great, but once you enter you feel the comfort and the unique design. The rooms are spacious. No noise at all. They have good pillows and mattress. Only comment to the management is the breakfast, it was lacking the taste and the colorfulness we have seen in other hotels in Suzhou or shanghai. Perhaps a little creativity in designing a good menu can serve customers better.

駅から地下鉄で2区間とアクセスも良く、また賑やかな観前街もすぐ近くです。 妙玄観近くで食べた蘇州麺が美味かった。

All we did was book a room in a city we had never visited before. No expectations. We walked into the lobby and were met by smiling staff. Check in was a breeze. OUR ROOM WAS AMAZING!!! Huge room. 2 full couches, 2 full king beds, complimentary everything. Just blown away. Thank you Hotel Soul.

非常友善的服務，舒適的住宿環境
蘇哥利酒店的位置真是鬧中取靜，在小巷弄中安安靜靜的存在，但一走出酒店便是熱鬧的觀前街，有吃有喝還有逛，一點兒都不用擔心無聊。飯店前檯人員非常棒，會協助你預約蘇州博物館，還有接駁車送你到拙政園，只要提前預約，一切都沒問題。早餐簡單但每日都有些小變化，挺好吃的，一定能吃飽。蘇州城市的溫馨熱情，在酒店中能確實感受。

직원은 정말 친절하였으나.... 방은 습기가 너무 많아서 이불이 눅눅한 느낌이 나는 방을 받았네요... 에어컨 틀어놔도 별 도움이 안된다는... 그리고 사진과 차이가 많이 나니 참고하세요...

직원들 영어소통에 문제가 없었고 가기전에 이메일로 문의를하면 1시간내로 즉시 답장을 줘서 여행준비에 많은 도움을 주었고 호텔 셔틀버스가 역이나 수저우 박물관에 데려다줘서 편안하게 여행할수있엇습니다 조식도 .좋았습니다 , 위치가 박물관 졸정원등 다니기 쉬워서 즐거운 여행이었습니다

The hotel is located at a fantastic location, very near to "old town" shopping area. In my opinion, the room is too big and the interior design is slightly old. I stayed on the highest floor (7th floor) and the water pressure is weak.

L'hotel è in una zona davvero molto viva vicino al tempio del mistero. Si trova in una vietta laterale a pochi passi da un grosso viale pedonale pieno di negozi e di locali dove mangiare, compresa una food court. L'hotel è molto particolare, a tratti anche kitsch, con ascensori "a tema" e colori forti, però tutto sommato è gradevole e confortevole.

開始住的房間冷氣空調壞掉，房間空氣質量不太好，最後一晚才換了房間，有冷氣空調適溫度，本人的呼吸系統才好一點。前台女的服務人員態度友善、細心聆聽，這是個很好的服務態度。
