"The greeting at reception set the tone for the stay. The car park situated next to the hotel had always been free but was now chargeable. Novotel Leeds Centre
"Had a room for two nights, room was clean and well presented. Queen size bed and double sofa bed both comfortable. Breakfast was spot on plenty of choice and good quality. Staff where helpful and made use of the qr code system to ask for bed linen, towels etc"
