Great stay at a real bed and breakfast in a building with a century of history. The well stocked and equipped kitchen was available for our use. Comfortable though not luxurious rooms- it is a real house built in a different era. Will definitely visit again. Breakfast was excellent and special requests were accommodated.

We loved the Victorian home with comfy beds and delicious breakfast. Dog friendly setting with yard and neighborhood parks nearby. Easy check in and friendly service!

Nice place to stay

Went to Susanville for a cycling event (everyone staying there was in town for the event). Had to leave early in the morning before normal breakfast hours and Daniel made us all Pirozhkis that we could heat up.

My kids, mom and I had a great time here! It was the perfect place to stay while running the Paiute Meadows Trail Run at Susanville Ranch Park. We will be back for sure.

The B&B is lovely, nice and comfortable rooms. But the owner, who is very friendly and helpful up to a point, is not cut out for the job. This place needs someone who makes you feel at home, and who doesn’t look act like they can’t be bothered. Too bad, it could be a memorable experience and it was not.

Great Place to relax in and history B&B

It was really fun to spend a night at the Roseberry in. Sarah and Dan, the innkeepers, went out of their way to make my stay fun, enjoyable and memorable. Well done! If you are looking for a place to stay with personality, charm and want to get away from it all... this is your place. I will be back for sure.

Great place to stay!

Owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Overall, the property was very nice and cute. Good location with many restaurants within walking condition. The owner himself goes to the market every morning and chooses what's fresh and decides what he's going to make for breakfast. He asks about preferences, tolerances, allergies, etc. We saw some deer run through the property within an hour of arriving. The stay was very nice! Thank you!
