The sky whips up an artful cloud display to complement the beauty and serenity of Candido Beach - one of the Philippines lesser known beaches. A boat ride away from the town of Carrascal in Surigao del Sur, I was very fortunate to have found this "hidden gem" under such great weather.

Bislig has a land area of 40,503 hectares spread over 24 barangays, with close to half is classified as “public forest”
