"Front Reception 's service is not acceptable"

"My mum said "Don't say anything if you don't have anything nice to say ". Great swimming pool. Unfortunately, no coffee facilities in the room so, no coffee in the morning 😢"

"We love the bed and pillow the most, very good quality, the rest is ok, worth than the money we paid. In the room, no refridgerator, which a bit inconvenient for us. And about the safety, no emergency exit. All the staff are very very friendly and the coffee at the cafe' on the 1st floor is extremely good!"

"Bed is so hard impossible to sleep. Air con inefficient. Shower drain blocked and towel rail broken so easy to fix but no one cares. "

"good service , wifi is god"
