Not very good experience

I arrived the hotel at 4pm, the room still not ready. I had to wait for an hour for them to clean up the room. For the room, the towels and bed sheets are very dirty. The water in the sink goes very very slowly. I had to call the people to fix it, but after 1 day, all the problems came back to me again.
