For the price paid, the best hotel I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! The staff are exceptional, well trained and friendly. Professional to a T. the breakfast was huge, myriad choices and not crowded. The bed was comfy with great pillows, loved the location. Back to the staff, best staff EVER.

Very nice hotel. There are lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. OK, most of the western ones are fast food. but they are close and convenient. I'll stay here again next time in Surabaya.

There are numerous restaurants nearby including the usual fast food chains, Chinese, Korean and local cuisines. The breakfast was selection was good. The WiFi worked well. I loved their swimming pool which was narrow but 25m in length. Great for doing laps!

Price varies weekly. I stayed at the hotel when the price was lower. Trying to extended but it was full. It was a nice stay. Would come back when I get better rates.

Close to Galaxy Mall which is the biggest mall in Surabaya and also close to Taman Flora. Hotel is new accomodation and it has restaurant and pool.

The hotel location is great with many dining options and shopping mall nearby. The room is decent although cleanliness should be improved. The breakfast option was okay. The staff is friendly and informative.
The overall environment is very comfortable. Service staff was doing their best to make me as welcome as possible. I also managed to get a great city view from a high level floor.
Good location, breakfast, pool and price. Room is a bit small and shower head was very dirty and hot water is weak... I almost was going to ask change the room...

Ivm een slechte ervaring maak Ik geen gebruik van het restaurant. Wil je in de lobby iets drinken dan moet je achter het personeel aan niemand komt langs. Dit geldt ook voor het ontbijt je moet om koffie vragen die vervolgens oud en Niet te drinken is.

Vanwege de lokatie in de buurt van relaties kies Ik dit hotel. 1x gedineerd met 5 personen. Vooraf tafel besteld, was Niet klaar, waterglazen van vorige gasten bleef staan en pas op verzoek afgeruimd ,tafel niet gedekt ,lang op drankje wachten eten kwam in etappes. Sommige gerechten zoals gebakken kip was oud.nadat de bestelling gebracht was moest om bestek gevraagd worden. Bestelde water werd zonder glas in flessen geserveerd. 0m 21.30 werden de tafels rondom afgeruimd en de verlichting in die ruimte uitgezet. rekening was fout stonden niet bestelde dranken op. Kortom daar eet ik nooit meer.
