I liked the staff very much. At first we were dissappointed regarding the area, but at night everything is changed. We used Sur as a hub for Turtle reserve and Wadi Shab.

Albergo di discreto livello , purtroppo in una zona senza alcuna attrazione . Per questo motivo lo fa sembrare un motel . Al quinto piano si avverte l odore della cucina . Le piscine sono un po’ lasciate andare l nel complesso comunque non ci siamo stati male .

We were just here for a stop over after completing a trip down from Muscat. The hotel upgraded us for free and the breakfast was amazing Overall great place to stop and break up the trip between Muscat and whabi sand desert !!

The hotel is correct. The personnel is polite and willing to help you. It is located a few km from the Sur center (the traditional souq and the port). The rooms are large, comfortable and clean without additional luxury. We spend 2 nights in the hotel and we was happy for our choice.

Pros: Friendly and profession staff. Nice views of the water. Clean and modern rooms. Cons: A but of a drive into the town proper. Leaving the property involves a several mile trip in the opposite direction to head into town as it's on a right turn only out of the parking lot. You have to drive quite a ways until you got a roundabout in order to head back into the other direction. Not the fault of the hotel, but definitely a challenge.

Good hotel, decent breakfast, all facilities good apart from the disappointing swimming pool. Slightly odd location somewhat out of town, not much around it.

Ich kann dich fühlen super Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Das Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten längst hinter sich und ist renovierungsbedürftig. Positiv ist dass insgesamt sehr freundliche Personal.

Wir hatten als upgrade ein Zimmer mit Meerblick bekommen (so wie auf dem Foto). Ruhige Lage des Hotels, leise Klimaanlage, gute Betten und über dem örtlichen Standard liegende Badeeinrichtungen. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist recht klein.

Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht gerade in der Stadtmitte von Sur, aber dennoch (wir hatten einen Mietwagen) strategisch super für den Stopp bei einer Rundreise. Das Restaurant ist für das Dinner sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man abends nicht nochmal los möchte. Preis/Leistung topp und es war megalecker!

Nice hotel and staff. A bit noisy as the hotel is next to a road, but not too disturbing in the higher floors. Breakfast has the most important.

Bon rapport qualité/prix
Idéal pour une étape entre Wadi shab et Wadi Bani Khaled. L’emplacement en bord de route (sans aucun charme) donne une première impression un peu négative mais les chambres sont très propres et agréables (et c’est finalement l’essentiel!) Le restaurant en mode buffet est correct si on arrive tard.. mais il doit être possible de trouver mieux ailleurs en ville. Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus.

Die Buchung über Hotels.com hat inklusives Frühstück erwähnt, das sollte vor Ort dann extra bezahlt werden und wurde erst nach langem Hin und Her geklärt. Im Restaurant stand oft benutztes Geschirr lange herum, das Frühstück wurde selten bis nicht nachgefüllt und die Kellner waren desinteressiert. Teilweise wurde am Handy lautstark Fußball geschaut (sowohl andere Gäste als auch Kellner). Bei auschecken haben Belege gefehlt und insgesamt war alles eher chaotisch. Alles in allem ganz okay, aber deutlich zu verbessern.

Nice location very close to the ocean with a large parking lot in front. It was nice to take an evening walk by the waterfront. The room was spacious and well cooled with the AC. but we had a sticky stain in one corner which must have come from a soft drink spilling from the previous guest. Otherwise the room and bed were clean though. Breakfast was nice with loads of choice and even had an egg station. We stayed one night as part of a road trip trough Oman.

Zimmer groß und gute Betten, das Badezimmer jedoch müsste mal renoviert werden (Badewanne ohne Halterung für Ein-/Ausstieg, Duschvorhang...). Frühstück völlig ausreichend, allerdings Kaffee aus einzeln verpackten Tüten fanden wir nicht so gut. Empfang im Hotel war geschäftlich neutral, das haben wir in anderen Hotels im Oman anders erlebt.

Hat lange am check in gedauert, personal schien etwas überfordert und chaotisch zu sein Obwohl wir ein twin bestellt hatten, hat man uns ein double gegeben, im zweiten Anlauf hat es dann mit dem twin geklappt. Dafür hat in diesem zimmer der fernseher nicht funktioniert. Rezeption hat behauptet, dass der fernseher funktioniert, gerufener mitarbeiter konnte iihn auch nicht in betrieb nehmen
