"The room barely had any furniture. I have photos. such a waste of space. I could not even have guests come over with only one chair and one sofa. For $400 a night I would expect a much more upgraded room. We had to call for sheets on the sofa bed, even after we had room service. The hotel staff took the sheets and did not andonethdidngive us new ones."

"We were waking up at 7:30 am with a terrible noise coming from the AC, they took like an hour to come to the room and stayed in our room fixing the problem like 1 1/2 hrs. We got into the room at 5:00 am and we were trying to have a good rest that we couldn’t because the annoying noise. We complained with front desk and nothing was done. "

"Our room was lovely, sort of a junior suite. We especially liked the large balcony. Clean. Attentive staff. Our room faced the street where there are bars and restaurants and there was some street noise from a party that woke us at 3 a.m. with a hearty rendition of Happy Birthday. There are two towers. We'd gladly stay again, but this time we'd ask for a room facing the back or in the other tower on the side street."
