"Bathtub had a couple spots of mold around it. Bathroom vent cover was hanging from ceiling. There was dirt under bathroom sink. Bathroom sink water took at least 10 minutes to warm up. Also, not very soundproof rooms and doors, could hear everything from around us. And when neighbors came and left it sounded like our door was the one being opened and closed. "

"We did have to search a bit for an ice machine to find out we needed to head to the front desk, but the agent was very helpful. The piano is a beautiful touch and adds to the atmosphere, but it makes it so VERY LOUD on a busy evening! All in all it was a great stay. The young man that checked us in was very polite. "

"I like how clean the place was and the continental breakfast was great but I never did find the Hot tub, I will definitely ask next time I go , and I will refer my friends if they go to superior, nice place to stay !!"
