A fantastic location within walking distance to Noosa River and to restaurants and bars. Manager Jason was ever so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend the accommodation and would have no hesitation to stay there in future.

Comfortable, spacious and well located

Well appointed, spacious apartments conveniently located for everything in the local area. The hosts are super friendly, and very helpful with arrangements or suggestions for things to do. The ned was very comfortable and the the living area is equipped with a 4k Smart TV and unlimited WiFi for those winter nights when you need just to watch Masterchef. There's propably 20 restaurants within easy walking distance, and there's a supermarket less than 300m away. The secure parking is just that, and there's an elevator if you have a lot of luggage.

Great location, great service

The location was brilliant, just a few hundred meters from some good restaurants and the river Great advice to use the day ferry service, the traffic in Nissan was awful The enclosed garage was secure and the use of a lift from the garage meant easy to transport the luggage The 1 bed apartment was clean and comfortable with good WiFi download speeds of over 30mbs

Great Noosa Rivers Locations

The Hosts were amazing and the location was fantastic. 2 minutes to the main Noosa Rivers area and a nice walk into the main town. Definitely recommend. Our only issues were a lot of noise from the road and the entrance area overnight, and the place is overall quite dated. However, this didn't detract from our stay and we would definitely go back.Thank you Amy and Jason!

So close to the beach and super cozy!

I stayed here for 3 nights with my partner. I will be booking to stay here everytime we visit Noosa. Amy and Jason were super friendly and helpful managers that made our stay all the more pleasant. They offered excellent advice about experiences and where to get the best burger within walking distance. The room was fresh and clean and very spacious. I honestly have nothing to complain about.

Central to everything

An older strata title building. The roomy unit is well laid out. Some of the fixtures are getting a little tired, however the fittings and appliances are A1. The bed is excellent for those who like a firm mattress. This building has been put in the right place. Less than 200 meters from the Noosa River past a multitude of cafes and restaurants. At the river are many jetties to book cruises and hire water craft. Opposite is a shopping centre with many specialty shops and even a doctor. There is a supermarket ,liquor store and a very good hotel.

Great accommodation in an ideal location.

From the very welcoming reception to the completely restful and comfortable room, my stay was thoroughly enjoyed. The room was clean, well furnished and quiet. The location is walking distance to shops and restaurants. Terrific!

A Cry for Help!

This establishment is very well placed, but badly needs an upgrade. The staff who have only just taken over, where extremely helpful and are deserving of a better place. The unit we stayed in was crying out for refurbishment.

great location

Enjoy the staying, staff is really friendly. Easy access to the room, awesome for budget holiday cooking utensils is complete. With laundry including detergent.

Kitchen update incomplete....no power point next to microwave...had to physically carry the oven across the kitchen to another power point to use it

Good hotel in a great spot.

Unfortunately the kitchenette in our room was not clean. Even the crockery and cutlery was dirty with food residue. The manager came and gave the kitchen stove top (greasy) and the floor (sticky) a clean and we just did not use the cutlery or crockery. We used two cups and two glasses which we washed thoroughly before use.

Wonderful staff, warm welcome, terrific location,

We were met by a happy manager,and given the keys to our well appointed room. Secure parking underneath, our own balcony. A few minutes stroll to shops, restaurants and the river. Great week!!!!!!

Great little hotel close to Thomas St Noosaville

Lovely, clean little unit perfect for a couple of nights away. Everything you could need was there, including a jacuzzi in the bathroom! Great range of Foxtel channels as well, not just the usual 3!

Comfortable apartment

Small complex, very neat and tidy. Rooms good, very clean. Comfortable and well appointed. Downside was reception rarely attended and couldn't get wifi code. Couldn't get Austar tv to work. Otherwise excellent

Great location, lovely staff, value for money.

Property is in a great location, close to everything - can walk to restaurants, river front etc. Room was clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff.

Late arrival - managed without any trouble. Convenient parking and comfortable stay.
