I do like to inform you that this is not a normal check in and will ensure this will never happen again. Our property at Bli Bli Suites is a contactless building and very self-sufficient check in like Airbnb. We are working on perfecting this with new and upcoming ways to make this easier for our guests. We are always a phone call away, so I'm very sorry to hear you had trouble with getting in contact with one of our friendly staff members. As this is afterhours you are required to call our after-hours line as stated in your check-in text/emails. Your key was loaded and waiting for your check-in. Due to no call, we are sorry to hear you were a no show. We have these procedures in place to help with guests when their online check-in has not been completed on time.
