Breakfast service is bad and rude. Lights, toilet are not working, have to ask maintenance to come. Heater is always turn on while it is in off mode. And the air comes out is not heat, it is cold air. Overall, I think the hotel is too old.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este hotel por 4 días seguidos cada vez porque las suites son comodas y dotadas con lo necesario. Lo único es que el desayuno NO ES BUENO: Los huevos revueltos de todos los días son pésimos, las papas en cuadros y cuando ponen arroz es todo desabrido, frío y sin sal. Deberían mejorar y variar el desayuno para completar la experiencia de alojarse en el hotel xq es bueno y se encuentra bien ubicado.

I come quite often to the Bay Area as my daughter lives there. I have tried several hotels. When I booked I checked the reviews and they are not always nice. We had 5 rooms and I can tell you we all enjoyed our stay. They serve nice breakfast.

Great place to stay
I will definitely stay here in the future. I was on a 6-night business trip, so I wanted a hotel room with a full kitchen. Larkspur had just what I was looking for. Most impressive was that they had dishes, silverware, and pots & pans. The facility was very tidy. The staff was very friendly. The location is very convenient to Hwy 101.

Really nice place to stay in, reasonable price, good service. Location is near freeway so easy acess, walking distance grocery store, gas station. Definetly try out dish & dash thats right next to the hotel, amazing middle east food!!

Lakespur Landing Sunnyvale
I had to stay in town for a week for work during the holiday season. (December). The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that could use some attention was the refrigerator in the room. It rattled a bit and was a little annoying when trying to sleep. Other than that, it was the perfect location and the cost wasn't bad.

Please avoid staying at this property. Their amenities are damaged and they take money from the guests for their damages. I was not informed that I need to inspect the place before living there. When I left, they deducted $250 from my account without their manager getting in touch with me or having any conversation regarding the deduction.

They don’t accept debit cards for the 250 deposit. And I have a credit card however they said that they wouldn’t be able to put the deposit back on the credit card that I have so I would have been out 250 dollars. So I didn’t get the room that I paid for which was 180 so they stole my money

On the web site it does say that we only accept bank issued credit cards. Debit are not accepted. The credit card you gave us was a prepaid credit card which we do not accept. When you called back and said you have a new form of payment we were more than happy to check you in. You just did not come back to stay with us.

1장점: 레지던스 호텔이이라 식기류 간단한 요리 가능 2.프론트 데스크 직원들 친절하고, 요청사항에 정중하고 빠르게 답변 해 줌. 3.조식이 간단하지만 미소슾, 밥이 나옴:) 미국호텔에 밥이나오는거 신기했음.김만 지참하면 간단히 간편식 아침 괜찮음.그 외 빵커피, 과일이 나옴. 4. 전반적으로 객실은 깨끗했음. 5.세탁기 건조기 무료사용 가능.(세제 유료) 5. 산호세, 쿠퍼티노, 산타클라라 지역에 오실 분들 위치상 편하고, 지역이 안전한 편임. 사실 호텔내 간단한거 해결하고 가까운지역에 한인타운, 중국터운, 일본, 인도등등 아시아 요리집 많음 (가성비 나름 괜찮른곳들) 단점: 1. 유지 보수에 좀 더 신경을 써야 할듯;; - 욕조 물이 안내려가 보니 전 게스트들 머리카락이 ㅜㅜ 두눈 질끔 감고 치움ㅜㅜ - 음식물 분쇄기가 고장나 있는 걸 모르고 라면 끓여먹고 싱크대 막혀 고생함( 저녁 늦은 시간에 알게되 프론트에서도 조치도 못 취하고 고생함) - 발코니에 나갈 수 없음. -방이 고속도록 옆이라 시끄러웠음(방 배정시 이야기 했는데..) 전반적으로 만족도 10만점에 8.4정도가 맞는 듯 보임.

Housekeeping didn’t show up for two days, even though we had the “Please Clean” sign out both days. We had to ask the front desk for a cleaning during our two week stay. When we had the “do Not Disturb” sign out, housekeeping tried to access our room for a cleaning while we were still sleeping. The housekeeping staff was hit or miss forgetting the trash and not vacuuming the entire time. The desk staff was very friendly and got things done for us. Breakfast was cleared away 40 minutes before the end time so we had to ask for food and beverage items. The road noise, during the night, is horrible: a lot of noisy cars and speeding down the street, making it hard to stay asleep. The lock on our balcony door was broken and we couldn't sit on the balcony. The complimentary laundry facilities were nice. All in all, pretty convenient for longer term stays except for housekeeping.

スタッフがとってもキッズフレンドリーで嬉しかったです。簡単な料理と部屋での食事に必要なもの、アイロンやドライヤーもあり、無料のランドリースペースも清潔で使いやすいです。ランドリースペースに飲み物やお菓子などの自動販売機あり。快適に過ごせました。

Love this hotel!
What a great place to stay! The room was fantastic (kitchen, living area, roomy bedroom and double vanity in bathroom!!) SUPER CLEAN. Decent breakfast (included), coffee/tea available all day and cookies in the afternoon. Very accommodating staff. Highly recommend.
