There was a family up above us that kept us up almost all night with very loud banging, almost like breaking furniture and it went on for hours.

The shower was set up for a handicapped person, so the shower head was chest level. The shade over the widow would not full extend so we had bright lights coming thru the window all night.

The breakfast is definitely not good. Coffee is very weak, literally water. The room was perfect and so was the hot tub/pool area.
