Poor Service

Been to same hotel before lovely only 2 weeks ago. This time round service was not good at all very poor main reason for choosing Harmony is the wonderful Spa still advertised but now wanted 60 lev not a lot about £26 per visit but of course if you go 3 or 4 times as we do over the week an extra expense for people to bear in mind as over £100.

Only bad thing was that there was a lot of micro smal animals around the bed and also other places around the hotel,they just need to spray around the hotel and the problem is fixed. Otherwise all perfekt

Harmony Suites were absolutely fabulous and made our sunny beach experience the best it possibly could have been. I came out my way to highly recommend this hotel as one of the best resorts I have stayed in, good location, clean, stunning and gave you access to all 12 Harmony Suite locations across Sunny Beach, all at an almost unbelievable price point for its quality of services. I highly recommend, will be telling all my friends and hopefully rebooking again soon!

Great facilities and very modern however, the room maid service verged on terrible. Floors not cleaned once, no clean linen or towels supplied in whole week. There was a washing machine in apartment however and if I didn't do it myself we would have had no clean towels or linen. Massive let down by service in what is very good modern hotel.

Good, but...

Positive points: - Big and clean rooms, good location, clean swimming pool Negative points: - the staff isn't very polite, I'd say not at all, they behave as if the hotel is theirs. Slow service, the barman didn't knew his job, i had to tell him how to make a proper Gin Tonic - even if the towels were changed daily, they were dirty and full of stains. Overall it was a good experience.
