"As I pulled into the car park it dawned on me that I had stayed there before but it had been a Premier Inn back then. I am not sure why it was no longer part of that chain but it hadn't really changed. It was the same as it used to be. It was clean and tidy and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. One word of warning: On their website they say they are in walking distance of the city centre amenities such as the Emporium Theatre (which is why we were there). We used Google maps to...

"Lovely place to stay. My only criticism is when asking where to park the receptionist on the phone recommended a car park miles away (st Mary's). Don't! As long as it's not a match day, it was easy to park straight outside and then don't pay in the blue car park, they have a code inside for half price. "

"Very good value for money. Newly refurbished so very clean. Rooms well equiped and bonus of having a seperate toilet. Could have had an information leaflet in romm with guide to wi-fi, heating etc."

"Great hotel excellent location for attending the glass house . Staff very helpful & polite. A little dated in places but with a good standard of cleanliness . 3rd time staying & would stay again. "
