"Great location, our room was great, small kitchenette, Would stay here again "

"Pros: - Quiet, comfortable rooms, outdoor heated pool. - One of many easy ski in/out accommodations. Cons: - Very late room cleaning- both days after 4 p.m. - False advertisement regading "Local Perks". Website states free parking for locals yet we had to pay as they reported the offer is only through direct booking. Front desk staff confirmed this is a common assumption among guests. Manager refused to compensate, highlighting guest's error for not reading the fine print. We not only paid for parking, we paid for indoor "valet" parking as no parking available outdoor close to hotel. The irony is there were no baggage carts or staff available on site. I would recommend looking elsewere as there are plenty nearby accommodations with stellar reviews from friends who recently visited, including Sundance Lodge and Pinnacle Lodge."

"It appears this property is a timeshare and the owners on property are sure to let you know. Some units may or may not be in the pool, should or should not be, etc. we heard a couple stories…. Overall the staff interactions, although few, were friendly. Parking can be a bit of a challenge so be careful the proximity to tightly parked vehicles. This is a good location and easily accessible from the main village as well as the morrissey side of the hill. The hot tub has limited hours, so be aware. The removal of breakfast has left a quick apple, orange and a muffin each morning. There was brewed coffee available as well (Building #1 only) In addition, the security of the ski lockers with fully open tops, is suspect if you don’t have 4-5 pairs of skis jammed in a locker. The rooms and property are showing their age, and being a timeshare I am certain this comes at the cost of owners. Overall, this is a decent location and choice based on the price of offerings at sun peaks."

"We loved the location of this hotel and I loved the view from our room which was a view of the Gentle Giant ski run. I didn’t appreciate that they didn’t have daily maid service, considering how much we paid to stay here. There was a slip that you could fill out to request towels. I put that in and they called and said that I had to come down to the front desk with my dirty towels and they would give me clean ones. They couldn’t deliver the towels because they had too many bookings, but weren’t apologetic at all for the inconvenience. Apologies in my book go a very long way and a smile and how is your stay go a mighty long way, but we received none of those common greetings that you typically get at other hotels. I must add that when I asked for a cleaning towel and cleaner so that I can clean the bathroom myself, they had sent someone up anyway to clean the bathroom. I need to acknowledge that. The hotel needs a major update as well. With a renovation update and training staff to be more welcoming and gracious, this hotel could be a 5. "

"The room was clean and tidy. The staff were exceptionally courteous , helpful and friendly and the setting was akin to being on a sprawling horse ranch in Kentucky! I would highly recommend this location."

"Our two bedroom suite was clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for our family of four. The kitchen and cookware allowed for us to easily make meals and when we did not feel like cooking restaurants were just steps away. The parking garage was heated and had plenty of space. I would for sure stay here again. "
