"The rooms need some major upgrades. I was offered a bigger room if I left a good review but I simply can’t do that. There’s next to no water pressure in the shower, if you need someone you gotta call a number so nobody’s really available at the front desk, banging on my door early in the morning, and the rooms need some major upgrades. I should’ve just stayed at the Comfort Inn across the street"

"Nice room very clean. The only negatives I had was no plug in bathroom or hairdryer also plug needed by desk.to plug in laptop. I did manage though and for the price was amazing. Happy Stay. "

"My stay at this hotel was very disappointing due to several issues. The biggest problem was that the room I was initially given had bed bugs. I woke up with multiple bites all over my body that became swollen and very uncomfortable. It was extremely disturbing and made me feel unsafe staying in the room. I immediately reported the issue to the staff, and although they did change my room, the experience had already affected my comfort and confidence in the hotel’s cleanliness. In addition to that, the sink in my room was clogged when I checked in, which was another inconvenience. While maintenance eventually fixed it the next day, it should have been addressed before assigning the room to a guest. Overall, even though the staff responded by changing the room and fixing the sink, the bed bug problem and maintenance issue made the stay unpleasant. I hope the hotel improves its room inspections, cleanliness standards, and maintenance checks so future guests do not face similar problems."

"Beds were a bit stiff. Lots of door banging which was a bit annoying. The sink separate from the bathroom was unique but annoyed my partner as sound travelled more when I was getting ready and he was trying to sleep. "
