We specifically stayed at the Inn because we like the hot tub. We were told when we checked in that the hot tub was out of commission. They said we were welcome to drive across the property to the lodge & use that hot tub. That was not convenient which is a big bummer. The staff didnt seem to care.

The airport shuttle was great. The onsite bike rentals got me nearly anywhere I wanted to be and the resort shuttle got me everywhere else. The onsite dining was hit or miss but the food was great. Service was great. A beautiful, historical restor.

We enjoyed our stay once again at the beautiful Sun Valley Resort. The Inn will make you think like you are in a magical Alpine village in Austria. The horse drawn sleighs takigg by people around the winter wonderland is a site to see. Their outdoor pool is cool too.

Sun Valley hotel

It’s a very busy hotel at first I was very upset esp during registration because I wasn’t checked in at Sun Valley Lodge but Sun Valley Inn. From the Lodge to the Inn the drive was further up the icy road. However, the staff was all friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was busy, too, but the food was delicious, the portion was big. Overall the hotel has good customer service, polite and professional and the restaurant prices was reasonable, servings big and very tasty.

Perfect location for an anniversary weekend. We loved our room and the view. The food was all very good. The lodge is beautiful. We enjoyed the swimming pool, bowling, restaurants, hot tub, and gym. Would definitely come here again.

Loved the ease with which services were close enough to walk to. Some of the staff were clueless - clearly not adequately trained. Didn’t know room service cut off times, couldn’t have cared less either. Some door staff were condescending and rude.

Sun Valley resort has updated the property and it’s very very nice. The staff however is what makes it special and why we as a family will continue to come there.
