"Very friendly front staff, clean room , good breakfast."

"If your AC unit stops working in the middle of the night while you are staying with your family and young children, the response you expect from a hotel manager is 'Sorry, we can't help you with this.' This is deeply disrespectful and completely unacceptable management. You are in the hospitality industry, yet you operate with zero hospitality, empathy, or accountability."

"This hotel was beautiful, bright and airy. Visually it is wonderful, modern, spacious, and very clean. However, the bed was the worst sleep I’ve had in a hotel in a very long time. It was so hard, It felt like we were sleeping on plywood with a very thin mattress sitting on it. Our camper’s bed is more comfortable. In fact, we were happy we hadn’t reserved a second night because we got a terrible night sleep."

They do a great job decorating for the season outside which invites you in through their unexpected automatic doors. Once there you can expect creaky, uneven floors, dim lighting, and a trip back in time. The 2nd floor offers a shared balcony for all guests to overlook the main road. To get there, take the central staircase if you're able...

"Lo único que podría mejorar es el desayuno."
