"The staff was nice, friendly, and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The property was not bad. The biggest area of improvement was the shuttle service. The shuttle service is handled by another company and communication between the hotel, shuttle service, and customer needs to be improved. The property should connect the customer with the shuttle service directly and explain it is not operated by La Quinta Inn. Without the shuttle service issues, I would give the property a 3.5 rating. Also, the one vent in the bathroom was very dusty/dirty and the closet door could not open all the way because the floor may have shifted. "

"Room was clean, stains present on bedding and carpet. Looked freshly painted. Neighborhood was a little impoverished. We saw ladies of the night at all hours and homeless walked through the parking lot throughout the day/night as well."

"Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. The property was clean. Parking was a little limited from construction vehicles. We travel to Greensboro often, I think we found our new place to stay."
