"I stayed here as it was recommended by a friend, the area is great. You are close to the main strip and the water. The check-in attendant asked me if expedia offered me free parking and i said no- so she laughed and said they usually do- this was poor customer service. I asked her if she can offer me free parking, she said no and laughed again- super strange way of making customers feel welcomed. "So we arrived for a trip and planned to stay 3 nights. We got a great deal on flight and hotel and the first couple days the staff went above and beyond and helped us in every way. Unfortunately our last day there things changed. Not a huge fan of the scheduled shuttles to the airport on the hr. Compared to on a need basis. Just an fyi. "Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!
