"We didn't pick this place ourselves, as our original booking cancelled two weeks before our trip, so Expedia picked this one for us. The place was very clean and neat, owner was very friendly and helpful. Only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't use the washer and dryer as it was additional fees that weren't mentioned in the posting, and the dryer wasn't working right anyway they said in the house rules. "I had a short connection - late evening to early morning. Staff was fine but restaurant closed at 9pm with no options for a light bite while transiting through on an overnight connection. The room was dated and the bathroom not the cleanest, due to being dated - you can’t keep old rooms immaculate. I had a total of 5 hours to sleep but was woken up by the fire alarm going off at 1230am. It is also a long walk to the airport if you wanted to go for that option - the farthest walk of all the ABZ...

"Had a lovely stay here. Room was sufficient, bathroom was clean. Bed was comfy. It's in a great location. 15 mins from train station. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was a cold buffet, cereals, toast, yogurt, pasties anc coffees, teas, orange juice. Great, would stay here again."
